The lake is approximately 1281 square kilometers, nestled between the Mae Tang Forest and Mae Ngat Forest. It offers one of the North's most amazing wilderness area. The lake is home to many fish species. There are floating restaurants, and simple accommodation can be found further down the reservoir, accessible by motor boat.
